Whitney Welch serves as Branch Administrative Supervisor for Baird’s Fort Worth office, where she provides operational leadership and partners closely with advisors and associates. She joined Baird in 2018 as the Branch Operations Assistant, gaining hands‑on experience supporting clients and building a strong foundation in Private Wealth Management. She later transitioned to an advisory team role before accepting the Branch Administrative Supervisor position in early 2023.
Whitney has earned her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and partners closely with advisors and leadership to support branch operations, compliance, onboarding, and team development.
Outside of the office, Whitney is an active member of the Junior League of Fort Worth and serves on the PTA Board for her children’s schools. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, listening to live music, and enjoying the Fort Worth social scene.
